Kellan Lutz won’t kiss and tell when it comes to AnnaLynne McCord.

After a summer fling that included dinners in Montauk, New York, as well as a secret rendezvous in San Diego, Us Weekly has reported that they split in mid-October — only to be photographed smooching in Los Angeles Oct. 26.

Asked Monday on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show if they’re still an item, Lutz, 24, clammed up.

“Oh. No. Never have been,” he said. “I’ve known her for six years, and we met again on the set [of 90210], but we shot Abercrombie [catalogs] way back in the day.”

He said “she’s single, and I’m very much single.”

When it comes to his love life, “I don’t really think about who I want to date,” Lutz said. “I kind of fall into situations, and then I’m like ‘Oh, I’m dating you now.’”

Thoughts on costar Kristen Stewart?

“She’s awesome,” he says. “She’s very independent.”

Alas, Robert Pattinson has nothing to worry about.

“I think she’s too independent for my blood,” Lutz said of Stewart, 19. “She’s so spicy.”

Still, he said that he “would love to kiss her” on screen and that in New Moon (out Nov. 20) and Eclipse, Twilight‘s third installment, he has been lucky to have more screen time with her.

Said Lutz, “It’s cool to finally have good scenes with her because you can hang out with people and have good relationships.”

Goodness, Kellan Lutz, you were looking a little shady yesterday!

The New Moon actor and his co-star Bronson Pelletier were up in Toronto on Friday, to do a little plugging for the Twilight sequel at MuchMusic headquarters on the channel’s Much on Demand show.

Nice to see that Bronson was there to keep Kellan company. Word is that Lutz has been a little lonely lately.

If only!  Many news outlets are reporting that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, and Chris Weitz will be holding a private screening of New Moon in New York City on November 19th.  We do know that the cast will be in Times Square wrapping up the last leg of the Mall Tour however the information surrounding the screening is very sketchy.  We have all the information for you and it’s time to get your reporting cap on and figure out what is going on.

Kellan Lutz doesn’t know what to do without his go-to wingwoman Ashley Greene!

The New Moon hunk rarely makes an appearance without his on-screen sis, so he made do with what he had when he was spotted solo at his promotional stop in Boston last night. Kellan smiled as he held up a cardboard face of Miss Greene while he met with lucky fans.
