Zac Efron Tops ‘People’s 50 Most Amazing Bodies

Christmas has come early, very early, for those of us who like ogling celebrities’ hot bodies.

People magazine has been busy doing God’s work and compiling a list of the 50 most amazing bodies. Warning: looking at the shirtless and bikini bods in this issue may cause your eyes to come out of your body, like some sort of cartoon character.

Who tops the list? Zac Efron and his chiseled torso of dreams. Clearly, the title is well-earned.

Other men who made the list include Common, Ryan Phillippe, and Twilight beefcake Kellan Lutz.

Representing the ladies is Jennifer Love Hewitt, who showed off her bikini bod to the magazine and admitted that she is “not in love yet” with her body, but she is “starting to love it.” Oh, Jennifer, we think we can find quite a number of people who are truly in love with your body.

Other bikini gals on the list? Reality stars Audrina Patridge and Kenda Wilkinson. Kendra dishes to the magazine about how she got her jaw-droppingly hot post-baby body.

Fans are used to seeing … ahem, a little more of the Eclipse star, 25, in his CK underwear ads – not that he minds. “I won’t lie about it,” says the actor, who trained and stopped eating candy to shape up for the shoot. “I started getting text messages … people were always commenting on the billboard and asking for pictures for their daughters.”

NEW YORK (CBS) Feast your eyes on this gorgeous vampire! “Twilight: Eclipse” film stud Kellan Lutz bares it all for Men’s Health July/August issue …and offers some health advice while he’s at it.

Think his chiseled hard-work is just for sex appeal? Not so fast. Before Lutz’s abs epiphany, he “never knew abs were attractive.” But the excitement of school ground “hotties” quickly had him shirtless.

“When I took off my shirt, all the girls were, like, ‘Oh, look at your abs!’” he gushingly shares with Men’s Health. “And I was, like, ‘Yeah!’”

The 25-year-old actor also opens up about growing up in a huge Arizona family of eight kids with a divorced mother and the often finicky eating habits that come from such an upbringing. “With a big family and not a lot of money,” he said, “we ate whatever we got.”

Lutz shares the secrets of his workout success and body-building techniques with the magazine’s readers. Also, he offers words of warning to the dudes crazy enough to scarf down 10 tacos in one sitting.

“By the time I got to the eighth one, I’d feel so sick.”

OK, so tacos, a no go after “numero ocho.” But he offers this advice on keeping a six-pack like his and still enjoying the foods you love.

“Even if it’s pizza, I’ll eat with a fork and knife to slow down.”
