Listen up, ladies: To get Kellan Lutz’s attention, just try smiling.

“A girl’s face gets my attention,” the Twilight heartthrob, 26, told PEOPLE at Wednesday’s grand opening of New York’s Dream Downtown hotel. “The face has so much, and I love the eyes and a big smile.”

In fact, a woman’s face can make the Calvin Klein underwear model weak in the knees, “especially if you can wake up next to them in bed and they still look the same after a long night of watching movies with strawberries and champagne and cuddling,” he says. “That’s sexy!”

Lutz, whose on-again, off-again relationship with 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord is currently off-again, also says his favorite female body part is … the collarbone.

“I also really like the clavicle area, which is really weird but so sexy,” he says.

And his own favorite body part? It’s all in his face, he says with a smile that displays what he’s talking about.

“I like my dimples the most,” says Lutz. “Not a lot of people have dimples so I like that I’m a little different. When I was a kid, I used to have three on one side and two on the other, but now I have one on each side.”

No doubt Kellan Lutz is grateful for being a part of the Twilight franchise, but even he was a bit relieved when the two Breaking Dawn flicks finally wrapped.

Poor guy had a bad case of homesickness.

And who can blame him really?

We’ll let Mr. Lutz explain…

“Honestly, it was a long seven months that got longer and longer,” he told me at Britney Spears’ St. Bernard Project benefit. “That’s a long time being away from my home, my friends and my dogs.”

As Lutz fans know, his pooches mean everything to him. “I love my dogs,” he said. “And when you’re in Canada, it’s kind of tough to fly them in and out. Ashley [Greene] did it and that made it even harder for me not to have my dogs there.”

Next up for Lutz is the romantic comedy Love, Wedding, Marriage opposite Mandy Moore, but we have to say we’re most excited about Immortals, an action-packed Greek epic in which he plays Poseidon. “It’s probably my most favorite project,” he said.

And from what we can tell (and have been hearing from people who have seen early screenings, for that matter), the former Calvin Klein underwear model looks hotter than ever wearing, well, not much as the god of the sea.

And yes, it’s that Immortals flick—the one starring Superman-to-be, Henry Cavill. “He’s going to be the best Superman,” Lutz predicted. “He kills it in Immortals as Theseus, and he’s going to kill it as Superman.”

Variety reports that Kellan Lutz and Camilla Belle are currently in talks to star alongside each other in Stephen Herek’s indie dramedy “Bumped.” The film tells the story of five strangers who get bumped off their flight resulting in a long layover at O’Hare Airport in Chicago. While in limbo, details about each individual’s personal lives are revealed and eventually changed.

Although Lutz is most well known for playing Robert Pattinson’s burly vampire brother Emmett in “The Twilight Saga” films, along with the release of the first installment of Breaking Dawn in November, he also has “Immortals” which hits theatres the same month. He’s also been cast in the role opposite Mandy Moore in “Love, Wedding, Marriage.” Belle, meanwhile, was last seen in “From Prada to Nada” and will next film “Zebras,” the South African soccer flick.

Production for “Bumped” is expected to begin next month.

Anne V and Kellan Lutz share a laugh while leaving the set of a Dylan George photo shoot late last month in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old Russian model and 26-year-old Twilight hunk gave each other a hug after shooting the line’s Fall 2011 campaign.

Kellan, who’s currently the face of the denim brand, has teamed up with the brand’s founder, Danny Guez, to design a ready-to-wear menswear line.

Abbot + Main by Dylan George will be a 25-piece collection of tees and knitwear debuting this fall!

FYI: Anne and Kellan are both wearing Dylan George’s premium denim.
