Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz stopped by Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital to visit patients in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Thursday afternoon (December 16).

Joined by on-screen parents Elizabeth Reaser and Peter Facinelli, the foursome hung out with patients, played games and passed out presents.

One patient’s mother wrote in the comments section, “Their visit today made our daughter’s day. How kind of them to take time out of their busy schedules to make our kiddos smile. Thanks Elizabeth, Nikki, Peter and Kellan. You rock!”

Annalyne McCord and Kellan Lutz have been coyly dating for over a year, but these days the 90210 star isn’t being so quiet about it.

Telling Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show that she is “very with” the Twilight hunk, McCord, 23, says there’s never a dull moment for the pair.

“I think he’s crazy in a different way [than me],” she says. “He’s just a wild child.”

Prompted by Seacrest to admit she “wears the pants” in the relationship, McCord, 23, would only concede that the two “share the control.”
